This winding machine is provided with main steel frame, 4kw main motor, servo motor for driving wire guide, color touch screen, pneumatic system, control system based on PLC, coil stand with pneumatic tension and so on. The parameters can be easily input through the user friendly interface. It is very easy to operate this machine: inputting the relevant parameters firstly, then pressing the foot pedal, the machine will run automatically and wind the coil according to the input parameters.
